At Plan B Marine, we combine decades of expertise in logistics planning with deep, practical knowledge of New York’s waterways.

As former telecom executives based in Lower Manhattan, we understand the critical importance of managing security in complex networks—where both known and unknown threats exist. Having a plan—and appreciating contingencies—can mean everything.

We’re also avid boaters with hands-on experience in restoring and outfitting ex-military vessels, which now form the core of Plan B’s fleet. We know the boats. We know the waters. We know contingency planning. And we maintain strong working relationships with maritime and navigation authorities.
